As a trainee in the Global Rotational Training Program, you will rotate through each department of our state-of-the-art production facility, finding your niche in our company. This comprehensive program focuses on technologies like turning, drilling, milling and grinding. During your training at our headquarters in Germany, you will learn everything you need to be successful in your new career. Upon completion of the program, you will be an expert in your role at Haering Precision USA.

Successfully completed your program, your career awaits.
Approximately one year prior to completion of the program, we determine your strengths and which production department you are best suited for. This will also be the target department when you return home to Haering Precision USA.
After completing the program, you have a few options. One, you can return to Häring in the USA, where you can begin your career in production . Two, you can take advantage of further training opportunities in the USA or in Germany. With our training programs and your commitment, you can quickly climb up the career ladder - at our growing plant in the USA, you won´t be slowed down.

Company support
We offer you company supported housing and transportation. You are paid a monthly salary and provided with social security benefits, including healthcare.
Vacation
You receive 20 vacation days per year. In addition: 1 paid roundtrip flight to the US per year, flexible working times and PTO.
Language courses
German courses will increase your communication skills, and you will graduate from the program at an advanced level.
