Quality Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

Support production in resolving quality and process issues
Ensure products meet the organization´s and customers´quality and product integrity requirements
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D methodology
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements, including VDA
Lead and support automotive quality Core Tools activities, including APQP and PPAP
Analyze quality data to identify trends and reduce defects
Review and maintain quality documentation and processes

Experience in quality within manufacturing, automotive preferred
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, Core Tools, and PPAP
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline preferred
Must be able to work on-site in Lavonia, GA

Pay is based on your previous experience.
